introduces a Photographic Exhibition Mostra Fotografica by / di Massimo Lupidi
|
" ICELAND - Northern wonder " " ICELAND - Northern wonder " is the result of a tireless photographic work of passion, sacrifice, grinding miles and living with the bizarre Icelandic climate, to show a wonderful country. A distinct identity, the emerged part of the Atlantic ridge only, bright and solitary nature as far as the eye, which becomes, at times, an inner soul scenery. Come here is to read the outline of a story, a genesi history of a fragment of moon where nature has discovered an elixir of water and fire. The earth, the water, the ocean, a magical coexistence between the soul of a rebellious nature continually evolving and the man, raw and tough. Massimo Lupidi is the only European free-lance photographer to win the award "Focus on Your World", with the famous picture taken in an Icelandic geothermal powerstation, organized by the United Nations, during the World Conference in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 and he has been travelling and taking pictures for more than 20 years in Iceland too. The exhibition that is being proposed is a selection of his countless images. The initiative, sponsored by the LIONS Association MONT BLANC in Aosta, by the city of Gressan and the Honorary Consulate of Iceland in Turin, will focus about an amazing natural environment, where the primordial forces of Nature have full freedom to express themselves and they are visible everywhere. Extreme offshoot of the mythical Atlantis, is a land unimaginable and fantastic, a world apart, fashioned from heat and hardened by ice. An unforgettable occasion for visitors and photography lovers. Brief description of the show: The event
consists of an exhibition about the natural and spectacular Iceland
aspects in all its forms in order to give way to stimulate and engage
the visitor’s attention. The introduction panels: 1)

cultural and economic point of reference for the energy of future. Magic, charm and seductiveness wrap the surroundings of the medieval manorhouse, making it the ideal place for a holiday immersed in nature and history. The old residence, with the historic rooms and the inner garden from where you can admire a panorama of great beauty, is the perfect setting where you can organize weddings, parties, dinners, meetings and conferences. che viene proposta nasce da un instancabile lavoro fotografico fatto
dell’Uomo, cruda e tenace.
